Terri Long McGillis, Broker/Principal, is a native Montanan, with over 20 years of real estate sales experience in both commercial and residential. Terri is one of the most recognized and respected names in the Missoula/Flathead Lake areas and has based her career in real estate acquisitions, development and tenant location. Terri is well versed in both business and residential relocation. Terri has a Masters of Business Degree and a Masters of Communication Degree from the University of Montana.
Valerie McCollum, Principal/Real Estate Services, has over 30 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing and land development, including large residential subdivisions and golf course communities in Montana, California, and Nevada. Valerie’s expertise is in commercial lease/sales transactions and real estate investments bringing a wealth of experience in both negotiation and business development to her clients. Her sales and management background along with her ability to build relationships translates into successful results for her clients. Valerie is also known for her determination, in-depth research, strategy, and attention to detail.
Macall McGillis, Principal/Real Estate Services, delivers a dynamic, diverse and non-traditional sales and marketing background to her clients with her experience in leadership, sales, and technology with an emphasis on professionalism and customer satisfaction. Her combined education and experience adds a technical and managerial component to the Company. Macall brings buyers and sellers together quickly and efficiently. Her creativity, quick responsiveness, and personable communication skills makes Macall key to client satisfaction. Macall graduated from the University of Montana with a Degree in Business Marketing.

RJ is a 6th generation Montanan, having been born and raised in Missoula. RJ obtained his B.S. degree in Business Administration, Management, and joined the team at Real Estate Montana & Co in 2018 where he has been involved in commercial and residential sales as well as asset management. RJ’s career has been geared toward enhancing the customer experience. His familiarity with the State of Montana, his life-long contacts and his enthusiasm will be an asset to both buyers and sellers.
Kyle specializes in advisory, consulting, and transactional services within the real estate sector. Over the last twelve years Kyle has managed over $700 million of assets through his financial management and operational expertise with companies such as Das & Co. and 29th Street Capital. His comprehensive asset management experience includes commercial retail, multi-family, non-distressed debt and land aggregation in Montana, California, Nevada, Florida and India. Kyle has generated significant relationships on both east and west coasts with developers, large institutions, private equity groups, family offices and other high net individuals. Kyle earned a Bachelor’s of Science and Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Montana and holds a Certified Public Accounting license.
